- There is always plenty of parking in the main parking lot located on Grand & Acacia Ave. where the Conlan Recreation Center is located.
- Please refrain from parking in the areas designated for the Dominican Convent, red zones, or handicapped spaces (unless applicable) and on Palm, Locust, and Olive Avenues (surrounding neighborhood streets).
- Camping in vehicles overnight is prohibited.

- The Sister Samuel Conlan Recreation Center is open to summer conference attendees at a charge of $15.00 per day. The front desk is open Monday-Friday from 7 am-8 pm and Saturday- Sunday from 10 am-6 pm.

Dorm Policies
- Please Note: All housing residents must follow the policies outlined by Dominican University. Failure to do so may result in dismissal from campus housing and forfeiture of remaining housing fee.
- You are welcome to bring blankets or lamps as needed.
- Rooms should be left clean, orderly, and free of refuse. If you need trash pickup, contact Jeff House or Sally Pfeifer.
- Rooms left with an abundance of refuse will be billed for added cleaning services.
- Furnishings in dorm rooms should not be moved under any circumstances. Conferences will be billed accordingly for moving furniture back to its proper place.
- Furnishings in dorms should, under no circumstances, be moved outdoors. Furniture found outdoors will result in a $500 fee for cleaning and/or replacement.
- Dorm Checkout
- Please leave your rooms as you found them and remove any trash, papers, or other materials you brought
- Strip off sheets and blankets
- Return both your key and CAFETERIA CARD to the Marin on the Bay Headquarters. PLEASE NOTE: Failure to return your cafeteria card will result in a $25 fine, which is due before you leave. Failure to pay for any lost cards will result in withholding of your certificate.
Campus Policies
- Smoking on campus and in or around the dorms is prohibited. There is one designated smoking area in the Edgehill parking area.
- Use of drugs is prohibited on the Dominican campus or in the dorms. Alcohol is only to be consumed in designated campus spaces and only when furnished by Epicurean.
- We ask that all participants are mindful and respectful of others during their interactions with other outside groups.
- Do not disturb our student tenants in the dorms. Please refer to the Summer Conference sheet distributed to your group for a list of contacts that can assist you.
- Many of our summer camps are attended by children. We ask that you treat them with the same respect that you would give to the adults on campus.
- If there are any issues, contact Jeff House or Sally Feifer, and they will contact Events Management directly. Under no circumstances should you engage outside guests regarding disputes or other issues with behavior.
